Brought new 10" rim and the hub damper holes are bigger. Old rim damper holes are 36.15 and the new rim damper holes are 39.60. Would it matter if the dampers are more loose in the holes.

Is that the 8 holes that have the rubber bushings fit into them?
If day if they are and rubber bushing are nice and snug in there should be ok.
They'll just be a bit easier to wack them in there.
