    As mine is just touching I have decided to go along with the majority of the comments "Just Ride It".
    All of them rub to some extent aparently

    Did you ask the dude who made them ? I can’t image someone fabricating a part and trial fitting it and having it rub and then say fuck it that’ll do lol .... then again it’s the USA.

    I did get a reply which said: The swing arm is well reinforced to prevent from cracking, manufacturer explained to me some come out 1 or 2mm thicker than others and that could be the case. On this case is better to shave the tire than the swing arm.

    I could return it but could have the same issue with the replacement.

    That little lip on the side will be the only thing to rub. You could shave the tyre if you want but unless it's rubbing and causing excessive heat it won't be a problem.

    Yep, I have to agree, it's a shit job if the tyre is rubbing. Maybe the built it to fit a certain brand of tyre, dunno.
