    Man my wife LOOOOOORVES her thermomix.
    Is that chorizo dish in the standard cookbook they give you, on their website, or your own special?
    The missus does a wicked salami pasta, looks very similar.

    Derdy theyre a friggin exxy piece of equipment that I was told "I have to have"!
    It is easy and honestly faster with some dishes. With a family of 5 though, the servings are a bit on the small size due to the smallish mixing pot.

    We use our thermomix all the time, I wasn't convinced at first , but now love it, also enjoy adapting "basic" recipes and cooking them in the thermomix . Did a chicken curry in it tonight, very yummy and spicy.
